Paper Fringe Tutorial

Wow, Lynn...what a great idea! HOWEVER, I no longer have a sewing machine. I keep looking at one, but I don't have anywhere to store it, either! As it is, my Big Kick, Xyron, Bind it All, and other 'tools' are tucked into various places on the floor of my room.
