I am so Thankful for the kindness and generosity
of some very dear blog friends.
Sweet Marie from   Lost Bird Studio   sent me the most Beautiful Birthday gifts.

She knows how much I LOVE Halloween,
I was squealing with delight when I opened her handmade
soldered pendant and earrings! A collection of vintage doll arms and legs
and the cute tea towel. Thank you so much Marie!
I LOVE IT ALL!!!!!

Then I was the lucky to win Dorthe's  sweet blog giveaway at
She makes the most beautiful handmade dolls and fabric collages.
and she made the prettiest tag wrapped around a fabric bundle.

Inside the bundle was one of her Stunning fabric collages.
layer upon layer of lace ,fabric pieces and buttons
showcasing a lovely fabric transfer.
Thank you so much  Dorthe!!!!

Altered Journal

Fall is here and the air is crisp and cool.
Colors have turned to rich golds and browns.
Nights are spent indoors sitting next to a crackling fire
sipping tea and writing in your journal.
That was all the inspiration I needed when
I received the October kit from A Gilded Life
